Skipem Cream..

The active ingredients of skipem cream are ketoconazole, clobesterol and neomycin. Ketoconazole is an imidazole antifungal agent with a wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity. Skipem cream has potent antimycotic actions against dermatophtes, it's activity is against the following:Candida albicans, Cocciddiodes Immites, Blastomyces dermatitidis and so much more skin irritations.
  Clobesterol is a corticosteroid used topically for its glucocorticoid activity in the treatment of various skin disorders. Neomycin is known to be effective against gram positive cocci and gram negative bacilli. The synergies obtained in the composition of the compound result in the cream being highly effective against fungi, bacteria, inflammation and pruritus.

    Skipem cream is small but mighty in action.I have been using it for the past 6months n it works wonder esp for pimples,dark spots n to smoothen the skin.Try it!!!
